Welcome to the guide
This guide will help you get the most out of our site when looking up public skating, drop-in hockey, and stick and puck schedules at arenas in 4 Canadian cities.
How to use the site
Open the home page
Each city's home page lists all of its arenas with their next available sessions. The information is organized by arena and by activity type.
Pick your activity
Depending on the city, up to three types of activity are offered:
- Public skating: Recreational skating sessions
- Drop-in hockey: Informal pickup games, also called "shinny", usually played in full equipment
- Stick and puck: Individual practice (skating, shooting, stickhandling), with no game
A session may be reserved for a specific group (Adult, Family, 55+, Parent & Tot…): a label says so.
